"The ORA will provide oversight and high-quality service to MSU researchers and research partners and work closely with the funding agencies. This service will be highly effective, efficient, and respectful. The ORA strives to be an organization that is highly respected by its clients and partners for its accuracy of oversight and quality of service."
Strategic Goals
- Enhance the knowledge of the ORA staff and the campus community in preparing, submitting, and managing grants
- Provide oversight of grants for compliance matters
- Enhance the efficiency of ORA services
- Improve customer service to faculty, students, budget officers, research partners, and funding agencies
- Facilitate research and offer consultation to the faculty, Vice President for Research, Vice President for Finance, Provost, and President on strategies to streamline processes and increase research funding
