The Network of Minorities in Mathematical Sciences Recognizes Accomplishments of Morgan’s Dr. Asamoah Nkwanta
In celebration of Black History Month, the Network of Minorities in Mathematical Sciences highlighted a select group of African Americans who have made significant contributions to the field of mathematical sciences. Included among those honored is Morgan’s Dr. Asamoah Nkwanta, chair and professor of Mathematics for the School of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences. Dr. Kkwanta joined several other prominent African-American mathematicians to be recognized via the Network of Minorities in Mathematical Sciences site, Mathematically Gifted & Black.
