Morgan State University Plans to Lease Space in Hoen Building for Research Expansion
Morgan State University is planning to lease 30,000 to 35,000 square feet of space in the redeveloped Hoen Lithograph building to make room for new research facilities. The historically Black university, which has its main campus in Northeast Baltimore, is planning to bring two new research centers online in July once new state funding starts
