Morgan State University Named ENR MidAtlantic Owner of the Year
Morgan State University, Maryland's largest historically black college or university, is the 2023 "ENR MidAtlantic Owner of the Year," and will be featured in the April print issue of ENR MidAtlantic. The Owner of the Year is chosen by ENR editors for its innovation and creativity within the region as well as for its community contributions.
