Biography:

Xingxing Zu is an associate professor in the Department of Information Science & Systems at Morgan State University. She received her Bachelor's (B.E.) and Master's (M.E.) degrees in industrial engineering and her Ph.D. in operations management. Her research interests are quality management, corporate social responsibility, and business analytics. Her research has been published in Journal of Operations Management, Omega, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Quality Management Journal, and others.
