Francis Eze is the current Budget Officer for the James H. Gilliam Jr., College of Liberal Arts at Morgan
State University. He has over 20 years of experience in the higher education sector in such areas as
budget management practices, finance, accounting, grants, and foundation funds.
Mr. Eze has held positions as budget manager, accountant, financial manager, and fiscal manager at
Morgan State University; also as Director of Budget, and Assistant VP of Finance and Budget at American
University of Nigeria.
