Biography:

Dr. M. Mahdi Moeini Gharagozloo considers his research focus to be in areas of Corporate Strategy, Financial Markets and Global Digitalization, exploring topics related such as the effect of digitalization on Merger & Acquisition transactions. He is interested in examining the digitalization of economies around the world and the effect it has on Corporate Strategy. Regarding the Corporate Strategy, he normally studies subjects such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances as well as Corporate Innovation.
