Nadia Sundal is a native of Atlantic City, New Jersey, and a graduate of New Jersey City University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. While at NJCU, she became a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an experience that sparked her commitment to service and community uplift.

After graduation, Nadia began her career in public service within the court system, focusing on family matters. While this role grounded her in the justice system, she soon felt called to make a greater impact in student development and success. This led her to transition into higher education, where she served as an Admissions Advisor, supporting prospective students throughout the enrollment process. That role became a turning point, opening her eyes to the power of administrative support in shaping student outcomes.

Now serving as a One-Stop Associate at Morgan State University, Nadia is honored to be part of the Bear Essentials team. She is deeply dedicated to helping students navigate their educational journeys and is proud to contribute to Morgan’s ongoing legacy of excellence and transformation.
