Military Transcript Portals

The Morgan State University Transfer Evaluation and Articulation Team give immediate physical education/health credit to all military and veteran students presenting a valid DD 214 Form. Consideration may also be given to previous educational and military experience from military transcripts that present a grade. 

Please select the link that best correlates with your service branch and follow the instructions on that portal's page.  Once you have retrieved your transcript you can have it forwarded to our Transfer Evaluation and Articulation team at transter-evaluation@morgan.edu. View a listing of their services.
