ROTC Program and Bear Battalion

Morgan State University has an Army ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) program housed on its campus available to interested and eligible Morgan State University students and beyond. From starting your career to becoming an Officer our program can assist students with becoming better leaders while supplying students with the opportunity to earn additional funding to complete their education. For more detailed information about this program go to Military Science - ROTC

The Veterans Engagement Services team members have a long-lasting partnership with the Morgan State University ROTC - Military Science Program and as a result, have extended our services to all members of the Bear Battalion.

Any ROTC Cadet receiving ROTC Grants, ROTC Room, and Board Bridge Grant, the Richard W. Collins Leadership with Honors Scholarship, MDARNG State Tuition Waiver, or any other source of funding is required to complete a Military Funding Request Form to register with our office and gain access to the amenities of our student veterans.

This is a MANDATORY form for all Bear Battalion members and must be completed every semester throughout the student's matriculation. Here are some of the amenities extended to our Bear Battalion Cadets:

Academic Advisement

Access to Office Services
