1. Base Rental Package – $500
   Includes:

• • 4-hour facility rental
  • Unlimited free play on all available games and consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, PC gaming, billiards, ping pong, card & board games)
  • Sound system access

Additional Hours: $50/hour

Great for casual social events, student organization gatherings, or open gaming sessions.

2. Themed Add-On Packages
   Enhance your event with structured activities and Bearcade staff support. These packages are available at an additional cost to the $500 base rental.
