As Maryland's Preeminent Urban Public Research University, Morgan State University (MSU) is the preferred choice for hundreds of transfer students each year. Whether you have already matriculated at another institution, earned an associate's degree, or earned another credential, Morgan stands ready to help you earn your Bachelor's degree.

The Office of Transfer Student Programming (TSP) welcomes newly admitted transfer students with an orientation to campus life, culture, and resources. Additionally, TSP coordinates the path for and lends guidance to students pursuing alternative admission to the University. Finally, TSP is the hub for the MSU Delta Gamma Chapter of Tau Sigma National Honor Society designed exclusively to recognize and promote the academic excellence and involvement of transfer students.
