Dr. Anthony Saka is awarded the Institute of Transportation Engineers Top Educator Award
Dr.. Anthony A. Saka, Ph.D., P.E., PTOE, PTP, FASCE has been selected to receive one of ITE’s top honors, the Wilbur S. Smith Distinguished Transportation Educator Award. The purpose of this award is to recognize an educator who has made an outstanding contribution to the transportation profession by relating academic studies to the actual practice of transportation.
