Anthony Saka announced as the 2025 recipient of the Harland Bartholomew Award
The Transportation and Development Institute (T&DI) of ASCE is pleased to announce Anthony (Tony) Saka, Ph.D., P.E., F.ASCE, of Morgan State University, as the 2025 recipient of the Harland Bartholomew Award. This award recognizes contributions to the enhancement of the role of the Civil Engineer in Urban Planning and Development.
