Christina Beltram, CPA, is the Budget Officer of the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. As the budget officer, she monitors the School's budget, and manages financial matters to ensure proper use of funds. She received a BS from University of Baltimore and her CPA License in 1993. She has held positions as Director of Finance, Controller, and Finance Analyst for several Healthcare related entities. She had seven years of public accounting experience with a mid-sized CPA firm, and as an audit manager with Ernst and Young, LLC. Her area of expertise as a public accountant was financial statement auditing and preparation for not for profit organizations.
