How to Enroll

Initial Enrollment

Feel free to drop by our recruiting office at McMechen Hall located here and speak with our Recruiting Operations Officer, Mr. Leon Carr (leon.carr@morgan.edu and 443-885-3264) in Room 108 (first floor). We are open Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM for any questions or help with enrollment.

Enrollment Documents

• Copy of Birth Certificate or a document verifying citizenship
• Copy of your signed Social Security card.
• CC Form 104-R - Academic Alignment Sheet
• CC Form 139-R - Cadet Enrollment Record
• CC Form 136-R - Briefing of Government Benefits
• CC Form 137-R - Release of Student Records
• DA Form 3425-R - Medical Fitness Statement

These files will not save properly if opened with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. To open with Adobe Reader, right-click the file, select "Open with", and select Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. All changes will now save properly.
