Dr. Solomon Alao, Assistant Vice President, Outcome Assessment

Dr. Solomon Alao is the Chair of the MSCHE Self-Study Process at Morgan State University for the 2024-2026 cycle. As the key leader, Dr. Alao is responsible for guiding and coordinating the comprehensive self-study required for Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) accreditation. His role involves overseeing the development of the self-study design, managing working groups, ensuring the collection and organization of evidence, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Dr. Alao ensures that the self-study aligns with MSCHE standards and criteria, and prepares the institution for the evaluation visit, ultimately aiming to demonstrate the institution's compliance with accreditation requirements and commitment to continuous improvement.
