Information Technology
The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of IT services that enable the strategic goals of Morgan State University.
Budget & Financial Analysis
The Budget and Financial Analysis Department is responsible for coordination of the preparation of the University budget and reviewing the budgets of grant proposals.
Office of the Bursar
The office the Bursar bills students, collects tuition and fees and issues student refunds. We process student payments, checks distribution, tuition remission, military waivers and post payments to student accounts from outside agencies.
Office of Business & Auxiliary Services
We are responsible for the management of support services essential to the operation of the entire University community; consisting of a combination of State-funded, auxiliary enterprises (self-supporting), and contracted vendor services.
Office of the Comptroller
The Comptroller's Office is responsible for monitoring the University's fiscal resources and certifying that planned expenditures are within available resources.

The Morgan State University Police and Public Safety Department places the safety of the university community as its highest priority.
Procurement & Property Control
Procurement and Property Control Department is responsible for procuring goods and services for all University departments and tagging and accounting for University property.
Office of Restricted Funds Accounting
The Restricted Funds Accounting Office is responsible for the fiscal accounting and management of all research grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements.
Office of Safety, Health & Environment
OSHE is responsible for developing and maintaining programs that comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
