Morgan's Fall Commencement Exercises will be held on Wednesday, December 16th & Friday, December 18th.

On this site, the University Commencement Committee provides guidance, information, and direction to enable degree candidates to successfully navigate the path to commencement–a celebration ceremony for students projected to complete all graduation requirements by the end of the semester.
To be eligible to participate in the Morgan State University Commencement exercises, degree candidates must meet ALL degree requirements. The University Commencement Committee DOES NOT have the authority to determine degree clearance or certification. You can find out more about graduation clearance by contacting the Morgan Office of the Registrar.

Commencement FAQs
When should I start planning for the graduation ceremony?
It is never too early to plan for graduation. You can access academic related graduation information from the Registrar, your department/chair, and the Morgan State Commencement website.
Will the Commencement Ceremony be live streamed?
A live stream of each ceremony will always be accessible via the University’s Commencement page. The live stream is available also to accommodate those family members and friends who exceed the number of Guest Admit Tickets available – when required for indoor ceremonies.
How many Commencement exercises are scheduled each year?
There are four ceremonies that occur each academic year. Please check the Morgan State University Academic Calendar for the exact dates:
