Mission and Purpose
The Concern, Assessment, Referral, and Education (CARE) Team is committed to providing a learning environment that is conducive to students developing to their fullest potential. The CARE Team strives to help students succeed by supporting their personal growth and well-being, and academic achievement. Our purpose is to provide support, guidance, resources, and referrals related to academic performance, mental and physical health, personal and family emergencies, homelessness, food insecurity, or other concerns for the benefit of the whole student. Through this team, the University provides a caring, private program of identification, intervention, and response in order to provide students with the greatest chance for success and the University community with the greatest level of confidentiality.
To receive support from the CARE Team, please follow the instructions below:

- Once the CARE Form is completed, the Case Manager will email the student to schedule an appointment
