Medical Laboratory Science is a very challenging and rewarding major as evidenced by a 100 percent employment of its graduates within one year post-graduation. The MLS students, staff and faculty encourage you to review the information about this dynamic major/profession which produces 70% of the medical data on a patient’s record. *American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) examination passing percentage for Examinees within one year post-graduation. NAACLS Benchmark: An average of 75% pass rate within 1 year post-graduation.
**Employment/Placement Rate within 1 year post-graduation. NAACLS Benchmark: An average of 70% within 1 year of graduation.
