His distinguished career includes serving as a Lecturer at Morgan State University (2024-present), teaching media production and directing BEAR TV, and as Technical Production Crew Chief at Howard University's WHUT-TV (2019-2024), overseeing crews, post-production, and campus events. As Senior Content Producer at Seven Fields Communications & Harlem Edit (2009-present), he cultivates projects, hires creative teams, and oversees productions for diverse clients. Previous leadership roles include Director of Communications at the National Action Network (2000-2009), where he produced documentaries following Reverend Al Sharpton and managed a vast video archive, and Director of Operations & Producer at African Heritage Network (1994-2001), supervising segments for entertainment television.
