Welcome to Morgan Online. Morgan Online is responsible for facilitating your enrollment in the University's online degree programs and courses. We strive to insure that you receive the highest quality instruction through the online degree programs and courses that you select.

Morgan Online is your pathway to flexibility and convenience while still offering the excellence and opportunity for achievement found in traditional classroom-based courses. The flexibility of courses offered online, including hybrid courses that are comprised of a mix of classroom and online instruction, allows you to continue your education, earn your degree, or enroll in workforce training and development to advance your career. Fully accredited through the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, and approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), Morgan Online is your best option to achieve your continuing education and career goals.

As the Director of Morgan Online, I encourage you to explore the unique features of online education at Morgan State University including: Morgan Degree Students who successfully complete online courses, online degrees and certificate programs earn the same credits, certifications, and degrees from Morgan as the on campus enrolled students. Students completing online degree programs participate in Morgan's commencement ceremonies and are able to celebrate with family, friends, and colleagues.

State of the Art Technology
CANVAS learning management system is used to deliver Morgan Online courses. Along with Panopto lecture capture, CANVAS is used to deliver 24/7 online course instruction to students worldwide. ReadSpeaker, DocReader, and Closed Captioning for a Panopto and Adobe Connect provide accessibility of online courses to all students.

Quality Matters
Online faculty receive Quality Matters online and hybrid course development training. Quality Matters a nonprofit organization dedicated to quality assurance in online education.
