Dr. Shirley Basfield Dunlap served as the coordinator of Theatre Arts and was an integral part of Theatre Morgan and the Morgan State University family for decades. Dr. Dunlap's dedication to students and the department lives on, in part, through this memorial fund, which benefits the Theatre Arts program.
