Mrs. LaDawn E. Partlow, M. Eng. serves as the Director of Academic Engagement and Outreach for the Cybersecurity Assurance and Policy (CAP) Center at Morgan State University. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University. Mrs. Partlow also serves as the Program Director of the Verizon Innovative Learning Program as well as the Cyber Stars Program, which both focuses on providing underrepresented middle school youth with hands-on learning experiences using advanced technology and coding skills. She also provides curriculum development support for the Conscious Ingenuity STEAM program which helps build character, confidence and capabilities to K-8 students. Her technical expertise includes, engineering education, web-based learning, online course development, and information management.
