The University Events Office at Morgan State University is pleased to support external clients in hosting meetings, conferences, celebrations, and special events on the campus of the National Treasure. Our dedicated team provides exceptional customer service and professional event coordination to ensure your experience is seamless from inquiry to event completion.

Whether you are planning a corporate training, community program, banquet, reception, or large-scale conference, our office offers access to a variety of versatile event spaces within the University Student Center and across campus. How to Reserve Space

External clients are invited to submit an event request through our reservation inquiry process. Once your form is received, a member of the University Events Office will contact you to discuss availability, pricing, required documentation, and next steps. Submission of a request does not guarantee a reservation; all events must be reviewed, approved, and confirmed in writing.

Event Requirements for External Clients

To ensure successful coordination, external clients should be prepared to provide:

• Event description, purpose, and intended audience
  
• Preferred event date(s) and time(s)
  
• Estimated attendance
  
• Space and setup needs
  
• Technical or audiovisual requirements
  
• Catering requests
  
• Proof of liability insurance (when applicable)
