About the Office

Strategic Advisory Services & Process Improvement serves as Morgan State University's internal advisory and improvement function.
The office works collaboratively with units across the institution to:

• Identify operational challenges
• Analyze administrative processes
• Recommend improvements
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives

The office is within the Division of Finance & Administration and reports to the Associate Vice President for Business Operations/Chief Operating Officer.
