Conduct Guidelines

All riders must show their physical BEARcard upon boarding the shuttles or present the digital card on the GET Mobile application. Visitors must show valid identification upon request.

Do not stand on the shuttle or crowd the driver's cabin.

Good conduct, courteous behavior and respect for the rights and property of others are required when riding the shuttle. Failure to respect the drivers, other riders and any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

Passengers may enter and exit the shuttles at designated stop locations ONLY.

Smoking, eating and consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the shuttles.

Do not leave trash on the shuttles.

Violators of the above guidelines will not be permitted to ride the shuttles.
