Student Accounts - Payments

Account payments can be paid by one of the following preferred means:

1. Cash (in person only),
2. Certified check, cashier's check, money order,
3. Credit /Debit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express)
4. Personal checks are acceptable, but if returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), the check amount will be charged back to the student's account with an added penalty (NSF checks under $999.99 will be charged a $25.00 penalty and for NSF checks $1,000.00. or more the penalty is $50.00). Multiple NSF penalties may result in a HOLD being placed on the account.

Online payments can be made 24 hours a day via the payment portal attached to the student account. The portal allows the student to establish Authorized User who can made payments on behalf of the student.

Important Data Needed: the student's name and account number must be indicated on a check or money order sent for payment of charges on a student account.

In-person account payments should be presented to the University Cashier, located on the second floor Tyler Hall Wing 211.

The hours of operation for the University Cashier are Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 4:45PM.
