Al Morgan is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He received his bachelors degree from Winston-Salem State University in 2006.13 years in the industry, Al has worked with companies like Capital One, HGTV, United Way, Royal Farms, Baltimore news station Fox 45, and ad agency Horich Hector Lebow.

His skills as a videographer, editor, motion graphic designer, and director, have provided him with a wealth of expertise; that he is excited to share with the students at Morgan State University.

Al Morgan started his journey as a graphic artist, focusing most of his energy in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, but was always intrigued by movies and video production. During his senior year of college at Winston-Salem State University, he decided to switch focus and develop his skills in video production, eventually turning his media skills into a career.

As a videographer, editor, motion graphic designer, and director, Al has had the opportunity to work with some amazing companies over his 12+ years of experience. He's worked on projects for Capital One, HGTV, United Way, Royal Farms, Baltimore news station Fox 45, and Horich Hector Lebow.

Always a content creator, Al spends countless hours studying the newest production trends and technology to achieve the most up-to-date looks for his productions. He has an eye for the artistry of cinematography and is not afraid to challenge himself and his students to push the boundaries of expression in digital media.
