Honors students travel to University of Pennsylvania

On September 29, 2016, six Morgan Honors students had the opportunity to go to the University of Pennsylvania to attend the PENN Honors Diversity (PHD) Symposium. The PHD Symposium was a two-day plus program designed to provide a venue for the students to (a) network with faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students, (b) learn from them about cutting-edge research and PhD training opportunities here at Penn, (c) present their work to faculty and students in a poster session, and (d) attend workshops and seminars about the admissions process, funding opportunities, life as a graduate student, etc. During this time, the students were given the opportunity to present the research they have been working on here at Morgan. The students that attended were:
