Vision
Our vision is to be the premiere mentorship program at Morgan State University. We seek to transform the first year student experience through quality mentorship, student development, and a scholastic learning community that empowers career success.
Mission
Peer B.E.A.R.S. aims to leverage the diverse experiences of upperclassmen, along with faculty and staff to support the most ambitious goals of students. Our plan is to facilitate professional development, enhance emotional intelligence, improve time management and networking skills to ensure our students can navigate college and be prepared for post graduation opportunities.
