Spring 2022 Check-In Guidelines - Returning Students
Welcome to Morgan State University,
As we prepare for your arrival for the Spring 2022 semester, this correspondence serves to provide informational guidance to support your smooth transition to campus. To achieve this, it will require that we work together to support the health and safety of our residential community. Our President, Dr. David K. Wilson has provided guidance regarding the institution's approach to COVID-19 mitigation. If you have not, please read his correspondence: https://www.morgan.edu/news/spring-2022-plans.
As you prepare to come to campus, please be advised of the following health and safety requirements. Your adherence to these requirements is conditional to your ability to check back into and remain in University Managed Housing:
- All students residing in University Managed housing are required to be fully vaccinated or have been approved for a religious or medical exemption
- All students residing in University Managed Housing must submit a negative COVID-19 test result to the University Health Center 24-72 hours prior to arriving to campus: https://www.morgan.edu/healthcenter. Test must be administered by a medically recognized provider. Home-test WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Check-in for returning students is January 22nd and 23rd , from 8am-4pm
- Must be registered full-time (12 credits) for Spring 2022
Please know that the Morgan State University Office of Residence Life & Housing has taken actions to establish a residential community committed to the health and safety of all residents.
