How do I sign-in to my Workday Account?
Employees must complete the set-up of the OneLogin authentication process found here. Every employee has a "W#" which is your username for the Workday account. This is NOT the same number as your Banner ID. Click here for instructions to logging in the system. If you have trouble, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

I'm having trouble logging into Workday Benefits System?

I do not want to change my benefits, do I need to do anything?
No. If you are not changing your benefits, you do not have to log into Workday. It will automatically rollover. HOWEVER, if plan to enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account, you are required to ELECT this benefit during open enrollment.
What if I have a life event during open enrollment period?
You will be required to complete the life event prior to completing your open enrollment event. Contact HR for assistance.
I do not have an active contract for 2021 year, will I be eligible for open enrollment?
NO! If you do not have an updated 2021 contract you are not eligible to enroll in 2021 benefits. If you currently have benefits and there is no 2021 contract in the system, your benefits will term at the conclusion of your contract (i.e. 12/31/2020) Please contact your Supervisor to check the status of your contractual employment.
