2018 CASA Academy Summer Bridge Program Application
Morgan State University's CASA Academy Summer Bridge Program is only open to high school seniors who have completed the Morgan State University undergraduate application for admission, and have received a letter from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment indicating your status as a CASA Academy referral. The program dates are June 24, 2018 to August 3, 2018. Participants will receive a $2000 scholarship that covers the cost of on-campus housing during CASA Academy and tuition for the program's courses. You are required to pay $625 for meals (19 meals per week plan). We accept only 300 students who are referred by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment and complete the application process on a first come first serve basis.

If you have received a referral letter from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment you must complete and submit the following documents [Numbers 1-4] and $625 money order [Number 5]:
1. Online Participation Agreement (you will need your assigned MSU Student Identification Number)
2. Weekend Off Form (TO BE COMPLETED BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN ONLY)
5. A $625 money order payable to MSU - CASA (no personal checks will be accepted and the payment is non-refundable)
IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please return the Weekend Off Form, Health Entrance Certificate, Meningococcal Vaccine Form (supporting documents numbers 2,3, and 4) to Morgan State University CASA Academy Summer Bridge Program via email (by scanning) at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to: MSU - CASA, 1700 E. Cold Spring Lane, Communications Center - Room 107G Baltimore, MD 21251. The $625 non-refundable money order payable to MSU - CASA can be mailed to the above address or delivered to the CASA Academy office located in the Communications Center Suite 107 on Morgan State University's campus.
