Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) which passed effective April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 provides two leave provisions to assist employees with continuation of payment under certain conditions. They are:

• Emergency Paid Sick Leave
• Expanded Family Medical Leave Act
