A Message from the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs

Dear Morganites:

As you know, the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to threaten the health, safety and welfare of all in our nation and the state of Maryland. As a result of the continued spread of the virus in Maryland, and recent advisories from the federal government and the CDC, the Governor of Maryland has issued a "Stay at Home" directive for all Marylanders!

As a result of this latest Executive Order, we are suspending all housing check-outs from on campus and off-campus facilities until further notice!

We recognize the inconvenience this presents to many of you; however, these precautionary measures are being taken in the interest of the health, safety and welfare of you and the entire University community.

Thanks for your continued patience and understanding in this matter. Please continue to monitor our University website and check your Morgan email for updates. Also, please continue to exercise good personal hygiene and practice social distancing at all times.
