Tracey L. Parker-Warren is an administrative law judge in the Office of Administrative Hearings in Baltimore. She has been an attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Southern Maryland Center for Family Advocacy and an assistant state's attorney in the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office, among others. During her career she has also been adjunct faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County and a counselor. She received her law degree from the University of Baltimore Law School and attended Georgetown University Law Center. She, too, is a graduate of Morgan State University with a degree in Sociology. She is a member of the Bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
