Dr. Rhonda Erica Baylor has over 15 years of collegiate teaching and education research experience. More specifically, Dr. Baylor's research focuses on teaching and learning in higher education with a special focus on the professoriate. In addition, she has written about racism and the educational experiences of Black students. She conducts both quantitative and qualitative research that contributes to the higher education paradigm. Dr. Baylor has a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Howard University, an Ed.M. in higher education from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, and a B.S. in business administration from Morgan State University. Lastly, Dr. Baylor is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.
