Rhonda Erica Baylor, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Urban Educational Leadership Program at Morgan State University. Dr. Baylor has over 15 years of experience teaching and conducting education research. As a research methodologist, she focuses on understanding research methods, statistics, and data analysis tools. She conducts quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research that contributes to the education paradigm. More specifically, Dr. Baylor has experience with survey design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and program evaluation. She has taught courses such as Introduction to Research, Quantitative Methods in Education, Qualitative Methods in Education, and Education Data Analysis. Additionally, she has had extensive training in various research methods, such as cluster-randomized trials, single-case research designs, and meta-analyses. Furthermore, she uses and has been trained in a number of qualitative methods and coding techniques. Dr. Baylor holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Howard University, an Ed.M. in Higher Education from Harvard University, an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University.
