Maryland State Law requires every student enrolled at the University and who live in on-campus housing be vaccinated for the meningococcal virus disease, or sign specified waiver
MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE WAIVER FORM
Specified waiver that releases the State of Maryland and the University from any liability on account of any loss or personal injury which may result in the non-compliance with the law.
