Health insurance is available to part-time undergraduate
and graduate students for a fee. Coverage will become effective on the
date that the premium is received and expires on January 24, 2008 for
the FALL SEMESTER. The Health insurance must be reviewed each
semester, and it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that
renewal payments are made on time. The premium is not pro-rated. Also,
vision and dental coverage are not provided by this insurance.
