INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS: HOW TO JOIN THE MSU NETWORK
Any Lab Manager on campus will be available to help you with this process.
Step 1 - SECURE YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD
Go to http://resetmypwd.morgan.edu and click on "Edit My Profile".
In the USER NAME box, type your complete Morgan email address: Find your Morgan email address in WebSIS. Log in and Click the "Personal Information" link, then click "View Email Accounts".
Example: abcde2@mymail.morgan.edu
In the PASSWORD box: type your password using the directions and sample (A or B) that applies to you

Sample A - Student enrolled in classes prior to January 2008:
Your password begins with a capital letter using the first 3 letters of your first name, the 4 digit year you were born, the last 3 letters of your last name.

Sample B - New student enrolled as of January 2008:
Your password begins with a capital letter using the first 3 letters of your first name, the last 4 digits of your Student ID number, the last 3 letters of your last name.

After logging in, answer the Security Questions, then create and confirm a password of your choice, at least 8 characters with one capital letter and one number.
Step 2 - CHECK YOUR EMAIL
For your Morgan email, go to http://email.morgan.edu to log in with your user name (Example: abcde2@mymail.morgan.edu) and the password you created in your profile.
Step 3 - ACCESS TO MSU NETWORK
Use this same USER NAME and PASSWORD to log on to campus computers.
