Research Interests:

Computational Mathematics, Instructional Design and Development for Online Education, Educational Research.

Teaching Interests:

I have taught courses in College Algebra, Finite Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, Linear Algebra, Number Theory, and Mathematics for Elementary Education. Currently, I am involved in improving educational outcomes and experiences for students, particularly first-year students and students in fundamental courses. Through my involvement with the "Mobile Summer Institutes on Scientific Teaching" program, I continually seek to better understand teaching methodologies pertaining to mathematics and how to improve student performance through student-centered active learning. My interest is also in the use of technology in mathematics instruction.
