Priscilla Carney Jones Scholarship
The Priscilla Carney Jones Scholarship was established by Paul R. Jones, in memory of his wife, to provide scholarships for female undergraduate majors in chemistry or related disciplines who are beginning their junior or senior years of study. Priscilla Carney Jones wished to have this scholarship established because of the difficulties she faced as a female chemist early in her career. The scholarship is a one-time award on the basis of both need and scholarship. The award amount is subject to available funding, but will be a minimum of $1,500. The award is sent directly to the recipient's financial aid office and may be used for tuition, books, and lab fees. On-and-off campus housing, transportation, and other personal fees (e.g., sorority dues) may not be paid from this award.

Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Scholarship
The Dr Pepper Snapple Group Scholarship is open to full-time students who are currently enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College or University). Candidates must possess a minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. This scholarship will provide two (2) $2,500 scholarship for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The Father James B. Macelwane Annual Award in Meteorology
The Father James B. Macelwane Annual Award was established by the American Meteorological Society to honor the late Rev. James B. Macelwane, S.J., a world renowned authority of seismology, who was a geophysicist and Dean of the Institute of Technology, Saint Louis University, until his death in 1956. The recipient of the Father James B. Macelwane award will receive a stipend of $1000 supported by member donations to the AMS Giving Program. The purpose of this award is to stimulate interest in meteorology among college students through the submission of original student papers concerned with some phase of the atmospheric sciences. The student must be enrolled as an undergraduate at the time the paper is written, and no more than two students from any one institution may enter papers in any one contest.

Thermo Fisher Scientific Antibody Scholarship Program
In order to provide educational opportunities for future generations of science scholars, we're offering $40,000 in scholarship funding to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an accredited college for the upcoming semester. Applicants must be individual persons who (a) are legal U.S. residents age 16 or older at time of application; (b) are enrolled as a Graduate Student, or Undergraduate Student at an accredited U.S. college or university for Spring 2017; and (c) have a declared major of biology, chemistry, bio-chemistry or a related life science field.

AfterCollege Science Student Scholarship
As a job and internship resource, our scholarships are for students who will be exemplary candidates in their field when the time comes to find an internship or job. This means that we evaluate applicants with the eye of a hiring manager, so: watch your grammar, check your spelling, put your best accomplishments forward and you may get paid for thinking about your future! This scholarship is open to currently enrolled students who are working toward a degree (AA,AS, BA, BS, MS, PhD) in one of the many fields of science, which can include (but is not limited to): Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Meteorology, Oceanography, Physics, Zoology, etc.

AfterCollege STEM Inclusion Scholarship
As a job and internship resource, our scholarships are for students who demonstrate professionalism and effectively communicate how they will be exemplary candidates in their field. This means that we evaluate applicants with the eye of a hiring manager, so: watch your grammar, check your spelling, put your best accomplishments forward and you may get paid for thinking about your future! This scholarship is open to currently enrolled students working toward a degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from a group underrepresented in their field of study. Underrepresented groups may be defined by: gender, race, ethnic background, disability, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, nationality and other non-visible differences.

Best Value Schools STEM Scholarship for Women
Best Value Schools seeks to provide at least one (1) $2,000 scholarship, twice per year, to a woman enrolled in a STEM degree program to not only help offset the future gender wage gap they are likely to experience, but to also encourage the development of these crucial technological skills that are necessary in our rapidly changing world. The deadline for submitting a STEM Scholarship for Women scholarship application is October 31st or April 15th. The award winner will be selected within one month of the deadline and the scholarship recipient will be notified shortly thereafter. Only the first 50 completed applications received will be considered.
