                                                                 MARC MENTOR INFO
MARC Faculty Mentors provide MARC Scholars with structured, supervised research projects during their participation in the MARC program.  

MARC Faculty Mentors may encourage MARC Scholars to attend local, regional, national, or international scientific conferences related to their research project. 
 
MARC Scholrs are required to submit weekly timesheets. Weekly timesheets should reflect at least 15 hours of research during the academic year and 20 hours of research during the summer.  All timesheets must be signed by the MARC Faculty Mentor and the MARC Scholar. MARC Scholars must submit weekly timesheets on the following Monday to the MARC
office: Key Hall room G-55.  

MARC Scholars are required to submit monthly progress reports. Monthly progress reports should summarize research progress from the previous 30 days and any issues with academics. All monthly progress reports must be signed by the MARC Faculty Mentor and the MARC Scholars. MARC Scholars must submit monthly progress reports the following Monday to the MARC office: Key Hall room G-55.
