RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
All abstracts must be received on or before 5:00pm on Monday, March 26, 2018. NO ABSTRACTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE.
Upon completion of the review process, notification of abstract selection for presentation will be forwarded by email on or before March 31, 2018.
All abstracts will be reviewed. The review Committee reserves the right to limit the number of abstracts for ORAL or POSTER presentations.
The Abstract/Registration Form must be completed and include the abstract as an attachment (MS WORD document only).
Abstracts must be no longer than 250 words and contain all of the components listed. Please review the ABSTRACT FORMAT/SAMPLE ABSTRACT for formatting and content.
Using the Topic Categories on the Abstract/Registration Form, indicate which category best describes your research area.
Sustainability & Design
Using the Presentation Categories on the Abstract Submission and Registration Form, indicate the type of presentation. For presentations that require a computer, please note in the Abstract Submission and Registration Form if a computer will be used in the presentation. You must provide your own computer if you plan to use it for demonstration purposes.
Once your abstract is submitted, it will be sent to your mentor (listed on the registration form) for final approval. You will not be allowed to present if your mentor does not provide approval.
