The final presentation was presented to a jury on 29 November. The jury included Messrs. Farley & Castner, and Francesca Oliveira, AIA of Drexel University School of Architecture, SA+P's Dr. Richard Lloyd and Mrs. Anne Marie Lalmansingh, the director of the Waverly Branch Enoch Pratt Library.
