SA+P Alum Wins National Award
Adam H. Howell, 2012 graduate of the City and Regional Planning program, won the The Council of Historically Black Graduate Schools/UMI Distinguished Thesis Award.
His thesis is entitled "Portraying Emissions at a Local or Regional Scale Using GPS Technologies: An Urban Planning Opportunity." Adam is now a a transit planner in Cary, North Carolina. His thesis committee included Dr. Joyce Pressley (chair), Dr. Mansoureh Jeihani, Transportation Studies, and Dr. Sidney Wong, City and Regional Planning. To read Adam's abstract, click here.
