| All cancellations must be in writing, addressed to the Office of Residence Life. (PLEASE BE REMINDED APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/INCOMING STUDENTS ONLY) |
| If no longer enrolled in university (transferred, withdrawal, quit), student is billed 15% of the room fee for that semester. |
| If enrolled in the University (pre-registered in the Spring Semester or will attend in the Fall), student is billed 15% of the room fee for that semester. |
