NTC Instructor Development Training Development and Delivery

The goal of this task order is to develop Instructor Development course materials that the master instructors of the National Training Center (NTC) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will use to teach candidate instructors how to deliver NTC training classes using the most effective and state-of-the art delivery media. To accomplish this goal, the study team will work on achieving the following six performance objectives, building on ADDIE ISD principles:

  • to conduct needs analysis and develop a project plan
  • to produce a course design guide and multi-media plan for Instructor Development training
  • to develop Instructor Development training materials
  • to implement the training
  • to evaluate the training
  • to develop executive summary of Instructor Development course
